Job summary

Client Server in Watford is hiring a Data Analytics Lead to shape the data strategy, build data platforms and deliver Power BI-based insights. You will own data pipelines, models, quality and secure storage, using Azure tools to drive reporting and analytics.

You'll work with c-suite stakeholders to explain complex concepts and lead transformational change in a hybrid Watford/WFH setup, leveraging AI and automation to enable better decisions and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Senior Data & Analytics or Data Management experience.
• Strong skills in Power BI, Excel, SQL and Python.
• Experience with Azure data environments, ideally Azure Data Factory.
• Understanding of data platforms, pipelines and integrations.
• Familiar with CRM, automation and low-code tech like Power Automate, Power Apps and SharePoint.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication to explain concepts.

Responsibilities

• Shape and own the data strategy and analytics initiatives.
• Audit current data systems and design the data platform.
• Deliver advanced Power BI, Excel and analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with c-suite to gain buy-in and manage transformational change.
