Job summary

Howden is seeking a Data Analyst for a Personal Lines Insurance migration project on an 18-month fixed-term contract. You will join the UK&I data team, analyze large policy datasets, and provide data-driven insights to support the migration and ongoing KPI monitoring.

The role is remote, with occasional in-person collaboration as needed. You will work with SQL, Python and Databricks, liaising with stakeholders, and validating data integrity across legacy and target systems to ensure successful

Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL, Python and data analysis for large datasets.
• Experience with personal lines insurance products and policy data.
• Ability to identify data quality issues and migration risks.

Responsibilities

• Manipulate, analyse, and interpret large datasets for project insights.
• Communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify data quality issues and migration risks impacting customers.
• Collaborate with business, tech teams and vendors on migration needs.
• Support migration testing by validating data integrity across systems.
