O'Neils Recruitment is seeking a Data & Insight Director on a fixed term contract. The role blends data analysis with business storytelling, turning large data sets into actionable insights for stakeholders across the organisation.

You will work with data from thousands of locations, using Power BI to identify patterns, explain reasons behind trends and recommend decisive actions to drive performance and growth.

Formación

• Experience in Data Insight, Customer Insight, Business Intelligence or Analytics.
• Strong Power BI and reporting skills.
• Experience working with retail, FMCG or customer data.
• Commercial awareness and strong stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to present insights in a clear and engaging way.
• Someone who enjoys connecting the dots and influencing decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Take large volumes of data, spot patterns, identify opportunities and tell the story behind the numbers.
• Help stakeholders understand not just what's happening, but why it's happening and what action needs to be taken.
• Work with data from over 23,000 locations, use insight to influence decisions, improve performance and support commercial growth.
• Collaborate with a forward-thinking leader to shape the future direction of the function.
