South Norfolk and Broadland Councils are looking for a Data and Information Advisor to turn data into actionable insight that improves services for residents. You will produce regular performance reports for senior leaders and develop dashboards to support decision-making.

You will work with data owners and service teams to improve data quality, reporting processes and system utilisation, ensuring high standards of data governance and clear guidance for colleagues.

Formación

• Experience with databases, spreadsheets and management information reporting processes.
• Ability to collect, analyze and present information to different audiences.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data governance.

Responsabilidades

• Turn data into meaningful insight to support better outcomes for services.
• Produce monthly and quarterly performance reports for senior managers and the Corporate Leadership Team.
• Develop and maintain dashboards; coordinate submission of key performance data and commentary.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, recording practices and reporting processes.
• Provide analysis to support service improvement projects, business cases and funding bids.
• Respond to information requests and provide performance insight across a wide range of projects.
