Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment LTD. is recruiting a Data Manager / ICT Support Officer for a busy secondary school in Barking & Dagenham.

The role combines data administration with practical ICT support, ensuring student and staff data are accurate, secure and accessible, while supporting ICT infrastructure and end-user helpdesk tasks. The ideal candidate will have MIS experience, strong Excel and Microsoft 365 skills, and the ability to work with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience as Data Manager, MIS Administrator, or Data Officer in a school.
• Strong knowledge of MIS and data handling in education.
• Experience with DfE data reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the school's MIS and student/staff data.
• Prepare data returns and generate reports for SLT and Trustees.
• Provide day-to-day ICT support for staff and students.
• Assist with system upgrades, backups and data security.
