Collinson Group is seeking an experienced Data Governance, Privacy & Enablement Counsel to provide expert legal advice on data protection, privacy and information governance across the Group. The role partners with Data Enablement, Information Security, Compliance and Commercial teams to embed privacy by design and ensure global regulatory compliance.

You will lead on data processing agreements, data sharing arrangements, DPIAs/ROPAs, and play a key role in enterprise data strategy, AI

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
• Extensive knowledge of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
• Experience advising on data protection across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ability to translate complex law into practical business guidance.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert legal advice on data protection, privacy and information governance across the Group.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts involving personal data processing and sharing.
• Lead and coordinate responses to data incidents, breaches and regulatory inquiries.
• Support data governance, AI governance and regulatory compliance initiatives.
