Job summary

Accenture UK in Manchester is seeking a Data Management Manager to lead data governance and management initiatives within the Data & AI Practice.

You will guide design and delivery, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and build strong client relationships across data governance, quality, and MDM. This role requires 6+ years in the field and a consultative, results-driven mindset. Onsite at clients and Accenture global training await.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in data management and governance.
• Experience leading projects, managing plans, risks and budgets.
• Proven coaching and team development skills.
• Strong consulting skills and stakeholder facilitation.
• Experience in proposals, delivery estimates and client pitches.
• Commercial awareness balancing client outcomes and delivery quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME across data management and governance capabilities.
• Lead design and delivery of data management solutions.
• Manage projects/workstreams including scope, plans, budgets, risks.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams.
• Assess current data capabilities and translate into practical recommendations.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and facilitate workshops.
• Contribute to business development and proposals.
• Develop and improve data management propositions and thought leadership.
