Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Data Management Manager in Manchester to join our Data & AI Practice. You will lead data governance initiatives, drive strategy and implement governance, master data management and data quality programs to deliver scalable, AI-ready data solutions for clients.

You will work with cross‑functional teams across strategy, technology and operations, aligning data capabilities to client priorities and regulatory requirements while building trusted relationships with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Typically 6+ years in data management or governance.
• Experience leading a project or workstream from definition to delivery.
• Experience coaching and developing team members.
• Strong consulting skills and stakeholder facilitation.
• Experience contributing to proposals, delivery estimates and client pitches.
• Commercial awareness and balance of client outcomes, delivery quality and team wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of Data Management and Governance solutions.
• Manage projects or workstreams including scope, plans, resources and budgets.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, setting objectives and coaching colleagues.
• Assess current data capabilities and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and facilitate workshops.
• Develop Data Management propositions and contribute to proposals and collateral.
