Job summary

Places for People in the UK is seeking a seasoned People Business Partner to work closely with leaders and stakeholders, delivering proactive and commercially focused HR services across the business.

You will provide expert guidance on a wide range of people matters, use data to identify trends, and influence decision‑making while partnering with managers to drive people plans and compliance with employment law.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as People Business Partner or equivalent senior HR role in a fast-paced org.
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience analysing people data to inform decisions.
• Experience producing reports and insights for senior stakeholders.
