- Proven leadership of cross-functional and senior stakeholder teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead insight-driven solutions across business units and senior stakeholders.
- Collate and analyse service data to identify cost and effort drivers.
- Apply ESOAR framework to drive improvement, standardisation, automation and cost reductions.
- Shape client proposals with data storytelling and advanced presentations.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to design deliverable, value-driven solutions.
