Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Data and Insights Driven Solutions Lead to shape and deliver cost‑efficient, insight‑led solutions across Cloud Infrastructure Services. You will collate service data, apply ESOAR to identify improvement actions, and translate analytics into compelling client proposals.

Qualifications

• Significant demonstrated experience in data and insights‑led solution design, solution architecture, or a related role within IT services, outsourcing or infrastructure services.
• Strong communication and leadership, able to manage senior stakeholders and deliver credible client stories.
• Experience delivering insight‑led solutions and client proposals using data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Service Data & Effort Analysis: Collate and analyse service data and runbooks to identify cost and effort drivers.
• ESOAR-Led Improvement: Apply ESOAR (Eliminate, Standardise, Optimise, Automate, Robotise) to determine improvement actions and automation projects.
• Insight-Led Solutioning: Lead integration of data, analytics and insight into solutions; respond to RFIs/RFPs and procurement frameworks.
• Client-Centric Vision: Articulate evidence-based client visions using data storytelling and clear presentations.
• Business Communication: Translate complex data into concise, business-focused narratives.
• Competitive & Cost Analysis: Use data to understand price pressures and identify cost levers.
• Requirements & Data Analysis: Analyze requirements and data to map offerings and gaps.
• Commercial Understanding: Understand risks, terms, conditions and service schedules; assist with drafting.
• Financial & Insight Analysis: Conduct price, cost and benefits analyses with business cases.
• Coaching & Mentoring: Mentor colleagues to grow data, insight and solutioning skills.
• Break Boundaries: Maintain broad view of cloud/infrastructure to deliver holistic solutions.
