Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Data Engineering, Architecture, or Data Technology leadership roles.
• Experience operating across large-scale data programmes or portfolios.
• Proven ability to assess ambiguous or emerging demand and translate this into a practical roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Define and shape opportunities for growth within the Data & Intelligence Portfolio.
• Translate future work into a clear portfolio demand roadmap and investment priorities.
• Provide technical leadership across data engineering, architecture, testing, analytics, and cloud-first delivery.
• Mentor senior engineers and future technical leaders; drive continuous learning and capability development.
• Influence senior stakeholders and drive engineering capability growth.
