NHS Blood and Transplant is seeking a Business Solution Analyst to work within the Data Intelligence Programme. The role focuses on data and analysis to drive improvements in donor and patient care, with flexibility to work remotely and attend site 2–4 days per month.

You will support across multiple workstreams, shaping delivery with your BA expertise. You will collaborate with Project Managers, Solution Architects and SMEs, owning BA artifacts and ensuring NHSBT standards are met.

Formación

• Provide a business analysis service to projects covering business and process change, solutions procurement, development and implementation.
• Determine which BA artifacts and deliverables are appropriate to each project and deliver to NHSBT standards.
• Work with Project Manager, Product Centre Manager, Solution Architects, SMEs and key stakeholders to ensure business needs are identified and solutions meet these needs.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships via face to face, telephone/telecon and email.
• Manage own workload and diary, prioritise tasks and renegotiate deadlines as needed; support available on request.
• Occasional travel nationally; some overnight stays may be necessary.
