NHS Blood and Transplant is recruiting for a national role that leads a proactive team focused on delivering cost savings and improving the donor experience. You will work with venue suppliers and other public sector bodies to build lasting relationships and implement efficiencies across the Donor supply chain.

The role is national with travel across England, based at a NHSBT centre or blood centre, with a hybrid working option.

Formación

• Significant project management experience including risk and change management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Clinical Services projects to timely and successful conclusions.
• Ensure project outcomes align with business strategies and budgets.
• Manage projects to high professional standards and compliance with internal/external standards, regulation and instructions.
• Deputise for the Programme Manager and support assurance of projects and programmes.
• Support Clinical Services portfolio build, planning and reporting processes.
• Manage multiple projects at different lifecycle stages.
• Contribute to development and improvement of PM tools and methods.
• Maintain all project artefacts (board update packs, plans, runbooks, RAIDD logs).
• Willingness to travel and spend time away from base as required.
