Job summary

TUI Group is seeking a Reporting Analyst to join the Manpower & Crew Planning (MCP) team. You will develop and enhance reporting, dashboards, and data solutions to drive optimization of aircrew rosters.

The role requires strong SQL, data storytelling, and stakeholder communication in a hybrid UK-based environment. You will work with the Airline Data Solutions team, create on-time reports, and support strategic decision making with analytical insights.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with SQL and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Business English proficiency; data storytelling ability.

Responsibilities

• Publish daily/weekly/monthly reports on time and perform ad-hoc analysis.
• Create dashboards to display MCP data in an intuitive format.
• Execute complex data analysis to support strategic decision making.
• Analyse crew roster stages to identify risks and opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data solutions.
• Work in small groups as a focal point for MCP solutions.
