Job summary

World Class Defence Organisation is seeking an FM Data Transformation Lead contractor for an initial 12‑month period. The role will drive the data and reporting transformation across Facilities Management, delivering governance, standardised data models, and KPI definitions.

You will lead KPI development, data quality controls, and reporting architecture, coordinating with cyber security and FM stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading data, BI or reporting transformation programmes from discovery through to implementation and handover.
• Strong practical experience of data governance, data ownership, data quality and information standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the FM Data & Reporting Transformation Programme with defined milestones and governance.
• Establish and maintain a clear programme plan, dependencies, risks and progress reporting.
• Develop a consistent FM KPI library with definitions and ownership.
• Define data quality standards and validation controls across FM reporting.
• Translate requirements into consistent reporting solutions and dashboards.
• Provide structured knowledge transfer to permanent FM capability during the assignment.
