Job summary

IMSERV, one of the UK's leading energy data and metering specialists, is seeking a Performance Optimisation Manager. You will define and deliver the operational performance strategy across Field Operations, driving productivity, customer experience, efficiency, and commercial outcomes.

Working with operational leaders, you will provide strategic insight, governance and continuous improvement leadership, translating objectives into measurable results and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in operational performance management, business improvement or transformation.
• Experience translating data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional improvement programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the implementation of the operational performance strategy across Field Operations.
• Translate goals into measurable performance frameworks, targets, and programmes.
• Identify opportunities to enhance productivity, service delivery and workforce performance.
• Champion a culture of performance ownership and continuous improvement.
• Lead development and enhancement of performance reporting, dashboards and MI.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Identify root causes of underperformance through data analysis and diagnostics.
• Maintain data governance for integrity and reliability of performance information.
• Lead business-wide continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma.
