Job summary

IMSERV Europe Ltd is seeking a Business Analyst to work across Customer Experience, Data and Intelligence, and Commercial teams in Milton Keynes. You will translate business challenges into precise requirements and support bids and propositions.

A key part is collaborating with operational, commercial and customer-facing teams to understand needs and identify dependencies. You will gather stakeholder input, define acceptance criteria, and ensure changes deliver the intended outcomes across the

Qualifications

Solid experience as a Business Analyst on digital products or platforms.
Working data literacy: SQL or analytics tooling for sizing/validation.
Energy/utilities experience desirable in metering/billing/data.
Exposure to data products/APIs; familiarity with Microsoft 365/Azure and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Translate market needs into detailed product requirements with cross-functional input.
Turn needs into user stories, acceptance criteria and process definitions.
Write/maintain decision tables with rules engines for operations.
Document current processes and design future states with stakeholders.
Use data to size problems, validate assumptions, and confirm outcomes.
Support product team and technical architect in discovery work.
Track requirements through delivery and manage scope with stakeholders.
