Job summary

Optimised is seeking an Energy Operations Manager to lead our Energy Management division. You will oversee delivery of ESOS, Heat Network Regulations, and advisory services, while guiding a team of technical specialists and function leads.

The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic oversight to drive growth and client success. You will shape operational processes, partner with the Technology team to apply AI and digital innovations, and ensure exceptional delivery and client

Qualifications

Experience delivering energy consultancy workstreams including ESOS and Heat Network Regulations.
Proven experience leading or mentoring a technical professional team.
Strong commercial awareness with financial reporting and forecasting capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operations of our Energy Management division with strong client focus.
Manage and develop a team of technical specialists and function leads.
Oversee delivery of energy consultancy services and compliance programmes.
Drive operational excellence and embrace AI and digital innovation.
Monitor revenue, utilisation, margins and project performance while supporting growth.
