Job summary

Laminar Group is seeking experienced Digital Consultants to join our Data & Digital team. You will understand clients’ problems, guide best practice, and deliver data-driven digital solutions while directing technical teams and communicating complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

You’ll work with modern tools like Azure, Fabric, Power BI and Python to scale results across large capital projects and diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Degree educated in Engineering, Surveying, Project Management, or similar.
• 5+ years experience on engineering/construction of large capital projects (>USD 100m).
• 2+ years experience delivering data and digital solutions across an organisation or large project.
• Strong communication skills; able to translate complex ideas to varied audiences.
• Analytical mindset; ability to create structure from uncertainty.

Responsibilities

• Solve client business problems by delivering data-driven digital solutions tailored to their needs.
• Lead junior team members and communicate complex requirements to clients.
• Develop Laminar data solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Productise client solutions so they work across multiple clients.
• Refine processes and improve best practices across engagements.
