Laminar Group in the United Kingdom (Hybrid) seeks a Data-driven Digital Consultant (mid-level) to translate client problems into data-led solutions for large capital projects.

You will guide data teams, leverage Azure, Power BI, and Python, and communicate outcomes clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement and opportunities to shape innovative construction data products.

Qualificações

• Degree educated in Engineering, Surveying, Project Management, or similar.
• 5+ years experience in the engineering/construction of large capital projects (>USD 100m).
• 2+ years experience driving data and digital solutions set up and implementation across an organisation or large project.
• Great communication skills, able to translate complex ideas clearly to a wide variety of audiences.
• Demonstrable passion for digital transformation and improving delivery of Capital Projects.
• Analytical mindset and ability to create structure from uncertainty.

Responsabilidades

• Solve our clients’ most complex business problems by developing data-driven digital solutions tailored to clients' needs.
• Implement best practice data solutions by leading junior team members and communicating complex concepts.
• Develop internal Laminar data solutions to collect organisation data and improve efficiency.
• Productise client solutions to work across different clients.
• Follow and develop our processes by refining or introducing new practices.
