Job summary

Laminar Projects is seeking a Project Planning professional to enhance delivery of complex construction projects through strategic planning and digital delivery. You’ll translate knowledge into a linked plan, analyze it with planning software, and guide teams on priorities with practical, data‑driven insights.

You will join our Project Planning Team within the Project Management Consultancy, reporting to a planning director.

Qualifications

2+ years of construction project experience.
Proficient in written and verbal English with the ability to influence.
Self-driven leader who asks the right questions and challenges the status quo.
Proven track record of delivering scalable, repeatable solutions with meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

Own the plan: manage the project plan for one or more projects and ensure progress against it, mitigating delays.
Own the outcome: ensure the team understands and focuses on the plan, even under pressure.
Report and inform: provide simple, actionable reports to stakeholders at all levels to improve delivery.
Make scalable solutions: develop scalable, repeatable best practices and tools with the team for long‑term impact.
Develop everyone: maximise the development of your team and educate clients to improve as well.
