Job summary

Radius Limited is seeking an Associate Business Analyst to join the Data Services & Reporting team in Crewe. You will work closely with stakeholders, data analysts, data engineers and delivery managers to understand challenges, define requirements and support data-led solutions.

Role focuses on data, reporting and analytics delivery, with opportunities to develop skills in a growing analytics environment and potential progression within Radius.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst or similar requirements-focused role.
• Experience gathering requirements and facilitating discussions with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes.
• Experience documenting requirements, process flows, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Working knowledge of SQL to interrogate and validate data.
• Experience using BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand challenges, priorities and opportunities.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements for data, reporting and analytics initiatives.
• Produce process maps, user stories, business rules and acceptance criteria.
• Support impact assessments, gap analyses and root cause investigations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
• Promote adoption of reporting, analytics and self-service solutions.
• Support solution testing and validation using SQL and BI tools.
