Radius is seeking an Associate Business Analyst to join our Data Services & Reporting team in Crewe. You will work with business stakeholders, data analysts and delivery managers to define data-led solutions and deliver measurable business value.
Ideal candidates have experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with strong SQL, BI tool knowledge (Tableau/Power BI) and excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
We are looking for an Associate Business Analyst to join our Data Services & Reporting team, helping to deliver data, reporting and analytics solutions that create measurable business value.
Working closely with business stakeholders, Data Analysts, Data Engineers and Delivery Managers, you will play a key role in understanding business challenges, defining requirements and supporting the delivery of data-led solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a BA who enjoys working with data and wants to further develop their skills within a growing analytics environment.
While this is an Associate-level position, please note that we are looking for candidates who already have experience in a Business Analyst, Junior Business Analyst or similar requirements-focused role.
This role is best suited to candidates who already have experience gathering requirements and working with stakeholders in a Business Analyst capacity or similar.
