Reiss is seeking an Assistant Merchandiser to support planning and trading across product categories. You’ll work with Buying, Merchandising, Logistics and other teams to use data and commercial insight to drive sales, stock and sell-through targets.

You’ll analyse product performance, manage stock, assist with range planning, purchase orders and launch dates, and help develop Trainees while maintaining accurate merchandising systems.

• Analytical and numerate with excellent Excel skills and ability to interpret data to identify trends.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

• Clear communicator who builds relationships across teams.

Aufgaben

• Support range planning and buy meetings by preparing historical data and analysing product performance.
• Monitor weekly trade, sales, stock and sell-through, providing commercial analysis and highlighting opportunities.
• Manage category WSSI, stock, markdowns and future commitments to align with trading expectations.
• Manage purchase orders, critical paths and supplier communication; resolve delivery issues and escalate risks.
• Analyse size performance and ratios; make recommendations to support future buys and stock availability.
• Support wholesale and branch trading and maximise product and stock opportunities.
• Maintain merchandising systems, launch dates, line cards and reporting; support website checks and intake accuracy.
• Coach and support Trainees and work cross-functionally.
