Reiss is seeking an Assistant Merchandiser to support planning and trading across product categories. You will use data and commercial insight to optimise stock, launches and sell-through, working with Buying, Merchandising, Logistics and broader teams to hit targets.

The role emphasises ownership of stock performance, collaboration, and developing Trainees, with a focus on delivering on-time product launches and excellent commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Commercially minded with a strong understanding of product performance and stock management.
• Analytical and numerate with excellent Excel skills and data interpretation.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
• Proactive, solutions-focused and able to flag risks and actions.
• Clear communicator who collaborates across teams and supports trainees.

Responsabilités

• Support range planning and buy meetings by analysing historical data and product performance.
• Monitor weekly trade, sales, stock and sell-through; provide commercial analysis.
• Manage category WSSI, stock, markdowns and future commitments.
• Handle purchase orders, critical paths and supplier communication; escalate risks.
• Analyse size performance and ratios; advise on future buys and balanced stock.
• Support wholesale and branch trading to maximise product and stock opportunities.
• Maintain merchandising systems, launch dates and reporting; assist website checks.
• Coach and support Trainees and work cross-functionally.
