Reiss Limited is seeking an Assistant Merchandiser to support planning and trading across product categories. You’ll use data insights to improve sales, stock and sell-through while coordinating with Buying, Merchandising, Logistics and other teams.

You’ll analyse performance, manage stock, and help ensure timely launches and accurate line cards. A collaborative, proactive approach and strong Excel skills are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Commercially minded with a strong understanding of product performance, sales and stock management.
• Analytical and numerate, with excellent Excel skills and ability to interpret data.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive and solutions-focused, able to flag risks and recommend actions.
• Clear communicator who collaborates across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support range planning and buy meetings by preparing historical data and analysing performance.
• Monitor weekly trade, sales, stock and sell-through; highlight opportunities to Merchandiser.
• Manage category WSSI, stock, markdowns and franchise adjustments with trading expectations.
• Handle purchase orders, critical paths and supplier communication, escalating risks.
• Analyse size performance and ratios; advise on future buys and balanced stock.
• Support wholesale and branch trading; follow up actions with relevant teams.
• Maintain merchandising systems, launch dates, line cards and reporting; assist website checks.
• Coach and support Trainees and share knowledge across teams.
