Job summary

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Performance & Administration Manager to support three inpatient wards. You will deliver performance reports, analyse data and manage ward budgets, while leading administrative teams and ensuring data quality and timely input.

You will coordinate meetings, provide minute taking, and support training and performance management for staff in a busy mental health environment.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent with numerical skills.
• Evidence of continuous personal and professional development.
• Experience of performance monitoring and management.
• Experience supervising or leading teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in healthcare administration is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide performance and business reports for clinical and non-clinical stakeholders across three wards.
• Analyse data and support day-to-day resource planning within ward budgets.
• Line manage and lead administrative teams; oversee secretarial support and data input.
• Coordinate meetings, minute taking, and provide governance-compliant data handling.
