Job summary

London Business School is seeking an Academic Planning & Delivery Manager (Data & Systems) to enhance how data and systems support teaching and learning. You will lead on managing and optimising key systems such as the Enrolment Management System, ensuring data accuracy and accessible insights for decision-making.

You’ll develop reporting tools and dashboards, analyse complex data, and communicate insights to a broad audience.

Qualifications

• Specialist qualification in data or business analysis or working towards relevant professional qualification.
• Excellent communication skills.
• The ability to break down complex issues and explain them in layman’s terms.
• Experience using PowerBI, Excel and databases to analyse and report on data.
• Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience managing a wide range of stakeholders, and stakeholders at different levels.
• Project management and process improvement skills and experience. The post holder may also hold a qualification in this area or be working towards one.
• Experience of producing recommendations and insights from data.
• Proven commitment to self-development.
