Job summary

Unknown University in London is seeking a Student Recruitment Insights and Forecasting Analyst to help understand, predict, and improve recruitment performance across the student journey. You will forecast enrolments, build scenario models and provide actionable insights to Recruitment, Admissions, Marketing and Academic teams.

The role involves analysing data from enquiry to enrolment, developing dashboards, and communicating findings to diverse stakeholders within a fast-paced academic

Qualifications

• Experience analysing student recruitment pipelines in higher education.
• Strong understanding of recruitment/conversion dynamics across the student lifecycle.
• Experience creating forecasting models and scenario planning.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insight.
• Advanced reporting skills using Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau or similar.

Responsibilities

• Analyse recruitment performance across the full student journey, identifying trends and drivers.
• Create and maintain enrolment forecasts and scenario models.
• Monitor performance against targets and provide insights on risks and opportunities.
• Produce dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Segment data by programme, market, domicile, applicant type and recruitment channel.
• Evaluate impact of recruitment activity on conversion outcomes.
• Support CRM journey optimisation with data-driven insight.
• Collaborate with university stakeholders to embed evidence-based decision-making.
