Job summary

London Business School is seeking an Academic Planning & Delivery Manager (Data & Systems) to lead data and systems enhancements across the Degree Education team, driving accurate reporting and informed decision-making.

The role focuses on managing the Enrolment Management System, building dashboards in Power BI, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve enrolment operations and data-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Experience with data and systems to support teaching and learning.
• Proficient in Power BI, Excel and databases for analysis and reporting.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of high-quality service in area of specialism.
• Area/team compliance with necessary regulations/processes.
• Production of high-quality reports and reporting tools, with the identification of trends and issues.
