Qualifications

10+ years of leadership in digital, data or transformation within complex, international organisations.
Strong expertise in data governance, architecture, master data management and analytics.
Experience deploying AI, automation (RPA), CRM and BI solutions.
Proven ability to deliver transformation programmes that improve performance and customer experience.

Responsibilities

Define and deliver the UK&I digital and data strategy aligned to business objectives.
Lead high-performing data and digital teams in a matrix environment.
Drive data governance, data quality and privacy compliance.
Champion the use of AI, automation, analytics and digital tools to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes and accelerate digital adoption.
Develop insights to support better business decisions and growth.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Services and Operations leaders on data-driven solutions.
Foster a culture of data ownership and continuous improvement.
