M&G is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager (Data) to lead end-to-end data delivery across enterprise platforms. You will align business, technology and delivery teams to shape outcomes, plan work and ensure secure, well-governed data solutions.

The role interfaces with data engineering, architecture, testing, security, finance, operations, product and business stakeholders. Success means delivering changes with pace, clarity and risk management, ensuring production readiness and smooth BAU

Formación

• Strong technical delivery capability in complex data, cloud or platform environments.
• Solid understanding of the software delivery lifecycle across discovery to support.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Understanding of data delivery concepts: ingestion, integration, ETL/ELT, data modelling, reporting and governance.
• Working knowledge of cloud data platforms and data delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery for assigned data initiatives from inception to handover.
• Create and maintain integrated delivery plans with milestones and risks.
• Establish delivery governance including RAID, change control and reporting.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, engineers, security, finance and operations to meet outcomes.
• Support delivery across Azure and Databricks with clear requirements and traceability.
• Lead supplier and third-party delivery where relevant.
