M&G is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager (Data) to lead end-to-end data delivery across Enterprise Data, shaping outcomes and coordinating across business and technology teams. You will deliver secure, well-governed data solutions on cloud platforms and ensure smooth transition to production and BAU.

Role requires strong delivery capability in complex data environments, knowledge of SDLC, and collaboration with product, architecture, and security teams.

Formación

• Experience delivering data initiatives across cloud/data platforms.
• Strong understanding of the software delivery lifecycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methods.
• Understanding of data delivery concepts: ingestion, ETL/ELT, modelling, governance.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery for data initiatives from inception to production.
• Create and maintain integrated delivery plans with scope, milestones and risks.
• Establish delivery governance: reporting, gates, RAID, change control.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, engineers and security teams to deliver outcomes.
• Oversee cloud data platforms (Azure, Databricks) and ensure traceability of requirements and outcomes.
• Manage delivery finances, forecasts and resource planning where applicable.
• Define acceptance criteria and operational readiness for data platforms/products.
• Ensure data protection, access control, lineage and metadata considerations in delivery.
• Lead supplier and third‑party delivery, including SOWs and performance.
• Communicate with stakeholders including senior leadership and control functions.
• Identify and escalate risks, issues and dependencies early with options.
