Job summary

MGOMD is seeking a Data Solutions Director in London to lead multi‑client data initiatives, define standards, governance, and scalable onboarding of new projects, ensuring consistent quality, risk control, and delivery velocity.

You will own the full BI dashboard lifecycle—from discovery and design to QA, adoption, and training—mentoring UK and India teams, aligning with data platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and driving the analytics roadmap with innovative tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading BI dashboard projects and analytics programs.
• Ability to design data architectures, governance, and adoption strategies.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, delivery, and optimisation of data solutions across client accounts.
• Own the BI dashboard lifecycle from discovery to adoption and training.
• Define delivery standards, SLAs, and governance frameworks.
• Mentor junior and mid-level data team members across locations.
• Drive commercial and roadmap decisions for data products.
