Christie & Co is seeking a Data Administrator for its Pubs & Restaurants division across Winchester, Leeds and Newcastle. The role focuses on maintaining accurate data in the IBIS CRM, performing comprehensive data research, and ensuring reliable information for reporting and business development.

You will join the pubs & restaurants brokerage team, supporting brokers with clean data, data integrity, and timely updates to enable market intelligence and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of AI tools.
• GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above in Maths and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organised and self-motivated.
• Knowledge of the property industry.
• Working at a good pace.

Responsabilités

• Reviewing records within IBIS, adding, editing and maintaining information as required.
• Using external data sources to ensure data is correct including Nimbus Maps, Companies House, Land Registry, Google, social media, third party aggregating databases and online resources.
• Researching multiple platforms for information pertaining to ownership.
• Cross matching properties with owners with companies.
• Archiving records that are no longer valid or update them as required.
• Adding records where required.
• Liaising with the wider team to ensure that essential data is correctly entered.
• Retrieving data in various reporting formats from IBIS for various uses.
• Gathering information from teams to update IBIS.
• Ensuring that the IBIS system holds high-quality, reliable data that can be leveraged for reporting, analytics, market research and strategic decision-making.
