Job summary

Blue Pelican is seeking a CRM Data Manager for an initial 3-month contract in Central London with hybrid working (2 days per week in the office). The role centers on owning customer marketing data to support campaigns across consumer products and services.

The position requires strong SQL and database management skills, plus an understanding of how data drives CRM performance, from segmentation to retention and cross-selling.

Qualifications

• Experience extracting and analysing customer data using SQL.
• Strong Excel skills for data handling and reporting.
• Experience with CRM databases and GDPR considerations.

Responsibilities

• Use SQL to interrogate customer databases and build targeted audiences for CRM campaigns.
• Manage data quality and integrity across multiple product databases.
• Identify customer segments to support retention and cross-selling initiatives.
• Produce database extracts, reports and insights to support marketing and business teams.
• Oversee data flows and mapping between systems, ensuring accurate transfers.
• Support GDPR compliance and data queries, maintaining data management practices.
• Maintain and develop customer data policies to improve consistency and reliability.
