Job summary

Belcan is seeking a Data Coordinator in Lincoln to support the Early Careers and Skills team. You will own data management for learners, support funding processes, and coordinate with external education providers to ensure accurate ILRs and timely reporting.

This contract role is an initial 6 months (rolling with potential for extension), offering a 37-hour week at £16.00 per hour PAYE, with immediate start for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Data Coordinator or Data Administrator.
• Strong data management and reporting experience.
• Good presentation and administrative skills.
• Experience with learner management systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Own the data management processes for learners and provide administrative support to Skills and Education team.
• Maintain learner records and support funding processes.
• Design and produce a range of reports on funding data; review and implement systems to improve efficiency.
