As part of this initiative, there will be strategic coordination across five funded clusters to address common challenges in the field.
We are looking for someone who will support data coordination and shared bioinformatics across the network, helping to ensure consistency, interoperability and discoverability through coordination and shared standards. The role will also involve using existing datasets to support the validation and value of developing in vitro models.Key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining shared metadata templates and standards, maintaining a programme-level data catalogue, and establishing shared GitHub resources to support reproducibility and reuse.
