Job summary

ISS Facilities Services in Birmingham is seeking a Data Coordinator to support the creation and maintenance of regular and ad hoc management and operational reports. You will help ensure data accuracy and integrity across the contract, enabling timely insights for decision-making.

  • Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Run and maintain regular operational reports across the contract.
  • Investigate and resolve escalated reporting anomalies.
  • Support Data and Performance Managers with the development of new reporting requirements.
  • Extract data from systems to support operational and performance reporting.
  • Review regular reports, identifying trends, anomalies and improvement opportunities.
  • Manage proactive system error resolution to ensure work order alignment with client CAFM and integrator systems.
  • Support work order reconciliations, data alignment activities and cancellation request processing.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, respond to data-related queries, and validate data to ensure reliability and completeness.
