Job summary

ISS Facilities Services in Birmingham is seeking a Data and Performance Manager to lead the development, management, and continuous improvement of contract performance, reporting, and data analysis.

The role ensures high-quality, accurate data for strategic decision-making, service improvement, and organisational performance across the contract. You will drive reports to senior leadership and oversee data governance and CAFM integrations.

Qualifications

  • Experience of MAS.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong data analysis skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in performance management, data analysis, or business intelligence.
  • Experience working with KPIs, targets, and performance frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets and present findings to a range of audiences.
  • CAFM and Facilities Management (FM) experience.
  • Power BI experience.
  • API integration experience.

Responsibilities

Job Description

We are seeking a Performance and Data Manager to lead the development, management, and continuous improvement of contract performance, reporting, and data analysis.
