Job summary

ISS Facilities Services is seeking a Data Analyst in Birmingham to analyse data, design and develop data solutions, and provide visibility that enables data-driven action and insight.

Qualifications

  • Strong data analysis and exploration skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
  • Experience in data cleaning, preparation, validation, and transformation.
  • Proficiency in SQL, including writing queries, joining tables, creating views, and query optimisation.
  • Experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
  • Understanding of statistical methods, probability, distributions, and basic modelling.
  • Awareness of data governance principles, including data quality, lineage, security, and compliance.

Summary

This role has a broad scope across various domains of performance and client KPI data held within multiple operating systems, with responsibility for supporting better decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
