Alexander Mann Solutions - Contingency is hiring a Data Cleansing Administrator for a 7-month contract in Swindon. The role involves reviewing, cleansing and organizing large datasets, ensuring accurate classification and secure handling for migration to a new archive solution.

The ideal candidate will have strong Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail, and experience managing high-volume, structured and unstructured data in a project-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience handling large data volumes across document systems.
• Excellent attention to detail with data accuracy.
• Ability to follow data handling procedures and audit trails.
• Experience with data archiving or migration projects is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Review and cleanse large volumes of structured and unstructured data in Office apps and repositories.
• Identify duplicates, outdated items, and apply data cleansing procedures.
• Categorise information for retention, migration, deletion or further review.
• Support secure migration of cleansed data to a new archive solution.
• Review automated cleansing reports and escalate discrepancies.
• Maintain records of reviewed data, decisions, and actions for audit.
• Ensure data privacy compliance and secure handling of sensitive information.
