Job summary

CTS Group in Middlesbrough is seeking a detail-oriented Scheduler to join a flagship data centre project. You will develop, maintain and monitor complex project programmes, working with Project Director, Scheduling Manager, design and construction teams to guarantee milestones are met.

The role demands strong planning skills, experience with Primavera P6, MS Project and Excel, and the ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across procurement, commissioning and handover.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, PM, QS or related discipline.
• Experience in Planning, Scheduling, Project Controls, or Construction Coordination.
• Experience on construction, infrastructure, industrial, mission-critical, or engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling principles and programme management.
• Experience using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and project reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and produce weekly/monthly planning updates.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Design Managers, and subcontractors.
• Provide schedule visibility and support recovery plans as needed.
