Stakeholder Coordination
  • Work closely with Project Directors, Construction Managers, Design Managers, Commercial teams, Commissioning teams, and subcontractors to coordinate planning activities.

  • Facilitate planning workshops, progress reviews, look-ahead planning sessions, and schedule coordination meetings.

  • Develop weekly and monthly planning reports for internal and client stakeholders.

  • Track and report programme performance indicators and recovery actions.

  • Support project management with forecasting, resource planning, and schedule optimisation.

Continuous Improvement & Planning Excellence
  • Promote planning best practices across CTS projects.

  • Develop and maintain planning templates, standards, reporting tools, and scheduling methodologies.

  • Support lessons-learned reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Contribute to the ongoing development of CTS's planning and project controls capabilities.
