Job summary

CTS Group is seeking a Scheduling Manager to lead planning for a major data centre construction programme in the UK. You will develop, maintain and control integrated project schedules, working with Project Directors, construction teams, design managers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and reporting.

You will bring a strong background in data centre projects, good analytical skills, and experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, PM, or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in project planning/scheduling within construction, infrastructure, or data-centre environments.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Excel, and project reporting/dashboard tools.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and manage integrated schedules for large-scale data centre construction projects.
• Monitor milestones, critical path, baselines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Project Directors, construction/design/commercial teams, and subcontractors.
• Provide schedule analyses, progress reports, dashboards and weekly/monthly planning updates.
• Support baseline planning and change control throughout the project lifecycle.
