Job summary

DARA PEOPLE LTD. is seeking a confident, hands-on Professional Services / PMC ML Project Lead to deliver a hyperscale data centre programme. This UK/Ireland remote role focuses on construction and infrastructure delivery, including liquid cooling and MEP, not software projects.

You will manage contractor delivery, schedules, interfaces across power, cooling and data networks, and lead Level 3 CDU commissioning, driving risk management and lessons learned across the programme.

Qualifications

• Strong data centre construction / infrastructure delivery experience.
• Proven delivery of complex MEP / M&E packages.
• Experience taking technical infrastructure through commissioning and handover.
• Strong contractor, programme and site management capability.
• Confident communicator across multiple technical and commercial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead contractor delivery, scope, change orders, SoWs and RFIs.
• Manage programme, critical-path milestones and site execution.
• Coordinate dependencies with power, cooling and data networks.
• Drive delivery of liquid cooling / CDU infrastructure.
• Coordinate electrical, mechanical and fibre/network interfaces.
• Manage OFE, integrator and supply-chain dependencies against key dates.
• Lead M&E commissioning through Level 3 CDU commissioning and handover.
• Own delivery risks, reporting and lessons learned across the programme.
