Job summary

DARA PEOPLE LTD. is seeking a hands-on Professional Services / PMC ML Project Lead for a hyperscale data centre programme across the UK/IE, with remote work options.

You'll lead ML infrastructure upgrades from contractor appointment through construction, integration and commissioning, focusing on liquid cooling and MEP infrastructure, and coordinate interfaces across power, cooling, and network systems to deliver on critical milestones.

Qualifications

• Strong data centre construction / infrastructure delivery experience.
• Proven delivery of complex MEP / M&E packages.
• Experience taking technical infrastructure through commissioning and handover.
• Mechanical bias and hyperscale data centre experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead contractor delivery, scope, change orders, SoWs and RFIs.
• Manage programme, critical-path milestones and site execution.
• Coordinate dependencies with power, cooling and Hot Aisle Containment.
• Drive delivery of liquid cooling / CDU infrastructure.
• Coordinate electrical, mechanical and fibre/network interfaces.
• Manage OFE, integrator and supply-chain dependencies against dates.
• Lead M&E commissioning through Level 3 CDU commissioning, supporting Operations into Level 4.
• Own delivery risks, reporting and lessons learned across the programme.
