Job summary

DARA PEOPLE LTD. in the United Kingdom is seeking a confident, hands-on Project Lead to drive ML infrastructure upgrades within a hyperscale data centre programme.

The role focuses on construction and MEP delivery, liquid cooling, Level 3 CDU commissioning, and coordinating interfaces across power, cooling and network systems. You will manage contractor delivery, milestones, risks and reporting, working remotely in UK/Ireland with a major hyperscale client.

Qualifications

• Strong data centre construction / infrastructure delivery experience.
• Proven ability to manage MEP / M&E packages and contractor interfaces.
• Experience delivering commissioning and handover of technical infrastructure.
• Confident communicator able to drive multiple technical and commercial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead contractor delivery, scope, change orders, SoWs and RFIs.
• Manage programme, critical-path milestones and site execution.
• Coordinate dependencies with the wider data centre fit-out, including power, cooling and Hot Aisle Containment.
• Drive delivery of significant liquid cooling / CDU infrastructure.
• Coordinate electrical, mechanical and fibre/network interfaces.
• Manage OFE, integrator and supply-chain dependencies against critical need-by dates.
• Lead M&E commissioning through Level 3 CDU commissioning, supporting Operations into Level 4.
• Own delivery risks, reporting and lessons learned across the programme.
