Job summary

DARA PEOPLE LTD. is seeking a hands-on PM to lead ML infrastructure upgrades within an EMEA data centre environment, focusing on construction and infrastructure delivery, liquid cooling and MEP/early commissioning.

This is a UK/Ireland remote role requiring strong data centre experience and ability to drive contractors and interfaces across multiple teams. The role emphasizes leadership from contractor appointment through commissioning, with a clear focus on delivering critical, high-density

Qualifications

• Experience leading data centre construction and infrastructure delivery.
• Proven ability to deliver complex MEP/ME packages.
• Experience commissioning and handover of technical infrastructure.
• Strong contractor, programme and site management capabilities.
• Excellent communicator across multiple technical and commercial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead contractor delivery, scope, change orders, SoWs and RFIs.
• Manage programme, critical-path milestones and site execution.
• Coordinate dependencies with wider data centre fit-out, including power, cooling and Hot Aisle Containment.
• Drive delivery of liquid cooling/CDU infrastructure.
• Coordinate electrical, mechanical and fibre/network interfaces.
• Manage OFE, integrator and supply-chain dependencies against critical need-by dates.
• Lead M&E commissioning through Level 3 CDU commissioning, supporting Operations into Level 4.
• Own delivery risks, reporting and lessons learned across the programme.
